I'm considering dropping the money on Sure Cuts A Lot 5 instead of a new Portrait 3 (they're the same price) but I truly don't know where the issue is to try and tackle/replace, and I also can't even figure out if Sure Cuts A Lot works successfully with print & cut! I do a lot of detailed sticker sheets, so I don't want to spend the money unless I know it's something it is capable of.

I can't figure out if the portrait itself is to blame, or the software (I've gone back a couple legacy versions and it's consistent across them all, unfortunately.)
